Lilydot Crochet
I always wanted to crochet, so about 5 years ago a lady showed me the basics and that was me totally "Hooked".
The internet is a wonderful thing, full of great tutorials and "how to's" so I started doing baby blankets and once I'd conquered those I couldn't wait to move on to different things.
I LOVE to crochet,it's my own little retreat from hubby n kids where I can relax and create beautiful items that I know others will enjoy.
The name "Lilydot" came from my mum who sadly passed away in 2005.
She was called Doris but everyone called her Dot and her favourite flowers were Lillies so in her memory Lilydot Crochet was born.
I'm always thinking of new things to make and I hope the excitement and joy of crocheting will stay with me forever. I really am a "wool geek at heart!!!!"
I set up my Etsy and Folksy stores in March 2012 and I'm thrilled to have sold my items worldwide.
I still get a huge thrill with every sale as if it was the first.
So this is my story so far, thanks for taking the time to stop by and if you have any queries or questions please feel free to contact me, I'll be more than happy to help.
Thanks again,
